Ordin ApS Data Deletion Policy

Purpose:
This policy establishes guidelines and procedures for the deletion of personal data processed by Ordin ApS in connection with its white-label online ordering system.

Scope:
This policy applies to all personal data processed by Ordin ApS in connection with the Ordin system.

Principles:
1. Storage Limitation:
Personal data is stored only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
2. Data Security:
Deletion of personal data is performed securely to prevent unauthorized access or accidental loss.
3. User Rights:
Users have the right to delete their account and associated personal data.

Procedure:
1. Order Information:
  - Name, email, phone, and delivery address are stored for 6 months after the order date and automatically deleted after this period.
2. User Information:
  - Unique user ID is not deleted.
  - Name, email, phone, and delivery address are automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity.
  - Users have the option to delete their account and associated personal data via the system.
3. Manual Deletion:
  - Ordin ApS will perform manual deletion of personal data upon request from the data subjects or if inaccuracies or outdated information are discovered.

Responsibility:
It is Ordin ApS' responsibility to ensure that this deletion policy is adhered to by all relevant employees and third parties.

Revision:
This policy will be reviewed and updated as needed to reflect changes in legislation or Ordin ApS' practices.
