At Ordin, we are committed to high ethical standards, respecting human rights, and complying with all Danish laws and regulations. 

Respect for Human Rights
We recognize and respect the fundamental human rights of all individuals.

Employment of Minors
No person below the minimum legal age for employment shall be engaged or employed at Ordin, in compliance with Danish regulations.

Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
Ordin fully acknowledges and respects employees' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining in compliance with Danish regulations.

Involuntary or Forced Labor:
We strictly prohibit any form of involuntary or forced labor, including but not limited to indentured labor, bonded labor, slavery, human trafficking, mental or physical coercion.

Non-Discrimination and Harassment
We are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Ordin prohibits any form of discrimination or harassment based on age, culture, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual identity or orientation, family status, country of birth, race, skin color, or any other factor as established by applicable law.

Wages and Working Conditions
Ordin will pay all employees at least the minimum wage and applicable overtime wages, in compliance with Danish regulations. We are committed to fair and reasonable terms of employment and working hours.

Legal Compliance
We will adhere to all relevant Danish laws and maintain adequate insurance in compliance with Danish regulations.
